We are currently seeking a Behavioral Health Technician Supervisor to collaborate with our amazing team of behavioral healthcare professionals and guide our clients in their recovery journey. Hourly Rate: $15/hour (before differentials)

Deliverables/Principal Results Expected:

Supervises Behavioral Health Technicians and provides feedback on their performance. Orients and Trains new staff to unit and program. Assists with employee disciplinary actions. Develops employee schedule. Conducts employee performance evaluations. Assists with interventions with clients. Assists with confiscation of items. Coordinate activities including lectures, recreation and meetings with Lead BHT’s. Other duties as deemed necessary.

Education/Experience:

High diploma or equivalent required Current CPR, AED and First Aid, required
