We are looking for **Behavioral Health Technicians** / **Patient Care Technicians** to join our behavioral health facility in Phoenix, AZ! We are looking for candidates that are super flexible with their schedules! **Pay:** $16-20 (depending on experience) + shift differential **Sign-On Bonus:** $500 sign-on bonus **Block scheduling: 3x12s - 7am-7pm or 7pm-7am** **Shift Differentials:** Weeknight Shift Differential (Mon-Thurs): 10% Weekend Day Shift Differential (Sat, Sun): $1.00 more per hour Weekend Night Shift Differential (Fri, Sat, Sun): $2.00 more per hour **Qualifications** **Behavioral Health Experience is a must!** Experience working with patients with substance abuse or who are mentally ill in one of these roles or similar. Clean background. Comfortable using restraints. Be flexible with the night shift and overall shift availability. Passion for helping people with substance abuse and mental health populations. BLS (can be obtained while onboarding). Must be eligible for fingerprint clearance card. **Job Overview:** As the PCT, you will be a part of a multidisciplinary team that works together providing care to patients in a Behavioral Health and Substance Abuse Treatment Facility. The PCT is under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN).
