**UPMC Western Behavioral Health is hiring a Behavioral Health Therapist Associate to support Twin Lakes in Somerset. PA.** The Behavioral Health Therapist Associate will provide clinical treatment services to the targeted populations, including a comprehensive needs assessment and provision of case management services including assessment, service linkage, resource development, coordination of all services received, and advocacy. The shift for this position will vary between 8:30 am - 5:00 pm and 9:30 am - 6:00 pm depending on staffing needs. The incumbent will also work rotating weekends and holidays. Sign on bonus of up to $10,000! **Responsibilities:** + Client Engagement: Connects with potential clients, monitors and addresses engagement barriers. + Data Collection & Documentation: Gathers necessary data, conducts assessments, and maintains accurate case records. + Treatment Planning & Implementation: Collaborates on treatment plans, updates based on patient needs, and completes clinical documentation. + Therapy & Education: Provides individual/group therapy, engages families, and educates on recovery. + Team Collaboration: Works with treatment team, attends meetings, and coordinates continuity of care. + Service Referrals: Refers patients to appropriate services and community programs. + Quality Assurance: Participates in quality assurance and performance improvement activities. + Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Education in school counseling, or related field required. + Completion of a human services related internship/practicum or 1 year of relevant human services experience. + Knowledge of psychiatric evaluation and assessment process preferred **A COPY OF YOUR UNDERGRADUATE TRANSCRIPT MUST BE PROVIDED AT TIME OF APPLICATION** **Licensure, Certifications, and Clearances:** + Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) + Comprehensive Crisis Management (CCMC) + Act 31 Child Abuse Reporting with renewal + Act 33 with renewal + Act 34 with renewal + Act 73 FBI Clearance with renewal **UPMC is an Equal Opportunity Employer/Disability/Veteran**
