Join Community!
Community Health Network was created by our neighbors, for our neighbors. Over 60 years later, “community” is still the heart of our organization. It means providing our neighbors with the best care possible, backed by state-of-the-art technology. It means getting involved in the communities we serve through volunteer opportunities and local initiatives. It means ensuring our dedicated caregivers can learn and grow to stay at the top of their fields and to better serve our patients. And above all, it means exceptional care, simply delivered — and we couldn’t do it without you.

Commitment to Clinical Excellence
Community Fairbanks Behavioral Health (CFBH) embraces the importance of continued professional development and growth for its caregivers. We support our team members continued learning by providing up to 40 training hours per year. Unique learning is delivered through the Linda McClain Clinical Institute which offers over 100 free live CEU training options yearly. In addition, caregivers receive free access to Relias- a platform which offers over 1000 self-guided continued education opportunities.

Additionally, Community Fairbanks Behavioral Health has developed a Career Ladder to encourage caregivers' advancement in their careers. CFBH Career ladder offers bonuses and salary incentives for eligible caregivers who are committed to clinical excellence.

All Associate level Therapists are provided weekly supervision required for clinical licensure. We believe exceptional care matters, and prioritize your development; as such, this is provided at no cost to the caregiver. In addition, Community Fairbanks Behavioral Health offers PocketPrep, a free app that is an online study aid that will help our caregivers prepare for licensing exams (LSW, LCSW, LMHC-A, LMHC, LMFT-A, and LMFT) as well as reimburse eligible caregivers for the licensing exam fee.
