UPMC is hiring a Behavioral Health Therapy Supervisor for Western Behavioral Health at Mon Yough. This role involves providing clinical and administrative supervision to behavioral health therapists and acting as a senior member of the therapy team. This position requires a balance of clinical expertise and administrative skills to ensure effective service delivery and patient care. **Responsibilities:** · Build the group therapy component of the Outpatient Mental Health Department. · Carry a small caseload and provide clinical services about 10% of the time. · Offer licensure supervision and crisis intervention. · Conduct assessments, create treatment plans, and provide individual and group therapy. · Participate in quality assurance and performance improvement activities. · Direct and assign daily work of therapists, perform annual reviews, and enforce policies. · Support recruitment, coordinate new admissions, and supervise daily clinical activities. · Meet regularly with the director to review cases and address issues. · Assume leadership in the director's absence to ensure continuity of care and safety. · Provide staff training and participate in system-wide training initiatives. · Master's Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Education in school counseling, or related field required. · Five years of clinical experience diagnosing and treating behavioral and psychiatric conditions required. · Two years of demonstrated progressive leadership experience required. · Knowledge of psychiatric evaluation and assessment process, as well as application of current version of the DSM required. **Licensure, Certifications, and Clearances:** Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or Licensed Marriage Family Therapist (LMFT) or Doctorate in Psychology required. · Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) · Clinical Social Worker (CSW) OR Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist OR Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) · Comprehensive Crisis Management (CCMC) · Act 31 Child Abuse Reporting with renewal · Act 33 with renewal · Act 34 with renewal · Act 73 FBI Clearance with renewal **_UPMC is an Equal Opportunity Employer/Disability/Veteran_**
