Hourly Pay Rate: $29-$31
Serves as a primary point of contact for program needs in need of behavioral health consultation Completes behavioral assessments, related Behavior Support Plans, and other behavioral interventions as needed. Provides training, modeling, and coaching to stakeholders in the implementation of behavioral interventions. Monitors & measures outcomes of interventions both new and existing, and revises/implements planning, data collection and training approaches as needed to facilitate positive outcomes.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS / RESPONSIBILITIES:
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Master’s degree in social work, a clinical or treatment field of psychology, applied psychology, or school psychology; OR A National Board certification in behavior analysis (BCBA) and a Master’s degree in behavior analysis, or a field closely related to clinical or community psychology; OR A New York State license in mental health counseling; Valid New York State Drivers License that meets agency policy Ability to meet physical requirements of the position when performing the following: standing, walking, sitting, bending, stooping, squatting, kneeling and climbing. Lifting requirement of 35 lbs. Ability to move, reposition and place individuals in pieces of equipment. Physical agility and ability to react to emergency situations, including maintaining Strategies for Crisis Intervention and Prevention (SCIP-R) and/or PROMOTE Curriculum certification as per OPWDD regulations CPR certification
