RESPONSIBILITIES: + Support/training for teachers, related service providers, support staff in data collection and implementation of behavior management strategies + Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments and create Behavior Intervention Plans + Setting up ABA programs to include discreet trials, verbal behavior programming and ABA techniques + Crisis response and staff training + Parent training + Conducting/facilitating team meetings + Participation at CSE meetings to report on data collection, progress toward goals Job Qualifications QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED: + Must hold New York State Special Education Certification, School Counseling, School Social Worker, or School Psychologist Certification + Must hold BCBA certification QUALIFICATIONS PREFERRED: Bilingual preferred EXPERIENCE: Working in a school setting with students on the autism spectrum and/or students with behavioral challenges Position Start Date:02/11/2025 Application Deadline:02/21/2025 Job Number: 213B-24-25
