Behavioral Technician
Looking for entry-level behavioral technicians to provide ABA (Applied Behavioral Analysis) services to children with behavioral disabilities in their homes, schools, and communities.

Have strong clinical and interpersonal skills
Must be reliable, punctual, and professional
Able to independently implement programming without daily supervision.
Are a positive, team-driven person and can provide excellent customer service to clients
Demonstrate high-level organizational skills
Personal means of transportation (Willing to travel) - Valid CA driver's license and reliable transportation (REQUIRED)

Seek feedback, supervision, and ongoing training
High School Diploma (REQUIRED)
Bachelors or Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Child Development, Communication Disorders, Education, or related field (PREFERRED)
Must pass criminal background check/fingerprinting clearance
Bilingual (PREFERRED)
1 year of full-time behavioral health work experience
Required to have negative TB clearance
