Responsibilities

QUALIFICATIONS:

 

While no formal education is required a high school diploma is often preferred.Consciously remain well-groomed with the correct hotel uniform and ID badge all the time during work shiftAbility to give tourists local information about tourist spots and theatersMust always be courteous customer-oriented with a cheerful dispositionExcellent manners and courtesyMust have excellent verbal communication skills in English

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

Greets guests upon arrival and directs guests for check-in.Providing information about the town or city if requestedBe trained in polite manners and efficient customer serviceAssist physically challenged guests or those with special needs.Provide guests with travel directions and other information of interest to hotel quests.
