As the first point of contact for our guests, you’ll set the tone for their stay—providing a warm welcome, assisting with their luggage, and sharing local insider tips. Deliver exceptional customer service—your warmth, energy, and attention to detail will make guests feel at home. Escort guests to their rooms while sharing fun facts about our resort and amenities. Work as part of a collaborative, guest-focused team to ensure a seamless and personalized experience for every guest. The ability to stay on your feet, move quickly between valet, lobby, and hotel areas, and assist guests with luggage. One year of customer service or hospitality experience preferred—but enthusiasm and a great attitude go a long way! High school diploma or equivalent required. A valid Driver’s License is REQUIRED.
