Accurately transports guests’ luggage to the assigned room following completion of the registration process.Picks up guests’ luggage upon departure and transfers to proper form of transportation or delivers for storage.Provides fast and flawless guest service by supplying guests with information regarding Hotel/Casino amenities, special events, and travel directions.Assists guests with room changes and maintains room key security.Promotes outstanding guest relations.Exhibits a friendly, helpful and courteous manner when dealing with customers and fellow team members.Maintains strict confidentiality in all company matters.Any and all duties as assigned by your Manager or a member of management. Must have good communications skills.
