SUMMARY: The Bellhop is responsible for taking guest luggage to and from rooms.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Pushing and pulling luggage cart to and from guest rooms. Lifting luggage weighing up to 100 pounds. Walking majority of shift. Explaining to guest the features of the guest room and how it operates upon checking in. Performs related tasks as required.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or equivalent required. One to three months of related experience and/or training. Must be able to work with the public and present a clean, courteous image.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Must be able to effectively communicate in English. Ability read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
