Four Seasons Hotel Prague is looking for a Bellman to join our team.

About the role:

Bellman is an integral part of the Front Office Team whose main objective is to ensure our guests are well looked after from the start.

What You will do:

Greets all guests passing through the lobby and offers them assistance in all aspects, engaging with them in order to personalize their experience. Also encourages his team to do the same.Responds to all guest requests in an accurate and timely manner making recommendations based on an insightful local knowledge and hotel practices.Maintains smooth and efficient run of daily operations in respective areas.Transports luggage to the guest room for arrivals and transports luggage for departing guests to the hotel entrance or into the storage room.During the night shifts ensures correct posting of parking, deliveries and porterage charges.

What You will bring:

Previous Bellman work experience in 5* is preferredExcellent personal presentation and interpersonal skillsAttention to detail and ability to multi taskExcellent communication skills and command of the English language. Ability to communicate in Czech language.Ability to stand for 8 hours per shift and the ability to lift and push at least 25kg.Has a guest centric attitude, warm welcoming smile and be knowledgeable about the local area.Flexibility in terms of scheduling and the ability to work all shifts, weekends and holidays.Driving license and ability to drive and park all types of cars.

This position is offered for a defined period of time of 12 months with a possibility of extension to unlimited contract based on your performance. Your trial period will be 3 months.
