As the Belonging and Inclusion Advisor you will be responsible for supporting the development of a diverse and inclusive team culture on the QTMP Project. The position will implement project specific Belonging & Inclusion Initiatives across a range of areas including female and Indigenous participation. The role will ensure project alignment with the broader RTS Inclusion and Belonging Strategy and support the development of a QTMP workforce which is representative of the communities in which we operate.
Role:
Implement QTMP specific Belonging & Inclusion plans and strategies including:
A female participation plan & associated workforce development Programs designed to increase Indigenous Participation on the Project Provide guidance to project leaders on strategies and actions to ensure the development of an Inclusive workplace culture Establish effective working relationships with QLD state government stakeholders Establish effective working relationships with industry stakeholders and third-party providers Support implementation of training as appropriate to support the development of an inclusive workplace culture Co-ordinate closely with the broader RTS People & Culture Team to ensure implementation of strategies and actions which align with the broader strategic direction of the RTS business. Support the co-ordination to the RTS Belonging & Inclusion CommitteeSkills & Qualifications:
Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources/ Organisational psychology or similar discipline Sound knowledge of the principles and practice of contemporary human resource management, including relevant legislation such as the Fair Work Act, anti-discrimination legislation, sound knowledge of contemporary practice in relation to workplace belonging & inclusion Previous demonstrated experience in the development and implementation of Belonging & Inclusion Strategies & Initiatives which have achieved tangible business outcomes.What we offer:
