As a leader in our Ben & Jerry's Ice Cream Shop you can help contribute to our guests experience by creating memorable vacation experiences while providing outstanding hospitality and leading the scoop shop team.

Responsibilities include training scoop shop staff on operating guidelines, setting up scoop stations, providing quality beverages, premium ice cream, maintaining a clean work environment, leading the scoop shop team to perform tasks as needed, and maintaining consistent quality by following specs and standards. Part-time and full-time positions available.

Must be able to function in a fast-paced environment while working with scoop shop staff to maintain a clean and organized workplace. Need to be able to follow cleaning charts, prep lists, sanitation procedures and quality checks. Must be 18 years or older to apply. All pre-season training is mandatory.  Hourly wage range $16 - $18, plus tips.
