As a Benefits solution specialist you will join Mercer Marsh Benefits team at Marsh Hungary. This is an opportunity to join a specialist team working across Mercer and Marsh portfolio of clients, delivering consulting services across the employee benefit spectrum (wellbeing, retirement, health, risk, perks, allowances and leaves), including: design, governance, implementation, ESG, DEI, strategy and financing.
We will count on you to:
Collaborate closely with clients to implement changes in their benefits programs.Manage projects aligned with client requirements, utilizing services such as benchmarking, workforce profiling, engagement, benefit alignment, DEI lens reviews, sustainability, market research, provider reviews etc.Provide support to clients with day-to-day queries around Mercer products, methodology and services.Generate revenue from existing clients and by leading or supporting prospecting efforts with new clients and lead/support in new business opportunities.Preparing sales proposals, service schedules, and attend client meetings, including pre-sales meetings.Prepare reports, presentations and analysis of compensation & benefits data.Creating content relevant for conducting strategy workshops, roundtable sessions, and thought leadership discussions with clients.Assist the Team Leader in enhancing the Benefits Strategy proposition, revenue delivery, and proactive portfolio governance.Continue knowledge development in field of compensation and benefits.What you need to have:
3+ years of experience in the field of comp & ben, reward, HR, pension and/or employee benefits field.Native Hungarian speaker and fluent in written and spoken English (C1 minimum).Proficient communication skills and ability to cooperate effectively across different levels of organizations.Eagerness to grow personally and professionally, embracing new challenges and opportunities for development.Desire to provide exceptional client service, going above and beyond to meet client needs and exceed expectations. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.What makes you stand out:
