Make your impact within a rapidly growing Fintech Company

BILL is looking for an experienced Benefits & Leaves professional to join our People team. You’ll jump into the day-to-day administration and ongoing enhancement of our leave of absence and accommodation programs, along with other employee benefit and well-being programs. You will drive overall program and vendor management, as well as serve as an advocate, partner and subject matter expert to employees and business partners. 

Provide program management and oversight to our leave of absence and accommodation programs, in addition to other employee benefit and wellbeing programs. Manage vendor partners to ensure vendor performance is aligned with company expectations, and that programs are achieving targets. Work collaboratively with Benefit team members to provide seamless program management and timely employee support.  Plan and implement effective employee communications for benefits and wellness programs, act as liaison with internal communications to ensure alignment. Support all aspects of the annual renewal and lead Open Enrollment activities Partner with People Technology, Payroll, and vendors to ensure data accuracy.  Identify any areas for improved automation and work collaboratively to implement solutions in a timely manner. Identify and document corrective actions. Provide support to our employee health and safety programs Liaise with People team members to optimize employee support and increase front-line knowledge of benefits

We’d love to chat if you have:

8+ years experience in leave administration and benefit program management Workday experience including Benefits and Absence management modules Self starter with strong organizational skills and the ability to drive initiatives to completion Ability to successfully manage leave/benefit programs from end to end with limited supervisory oversight Demonstrated project management experience with ability to deliver in a fast-paced, dynamic environment High attention to detail and accuracy Excellent customer service skills, prioritizing the employee experience.

The estimated salary  range for this role is noted below for our San Jose based role.  Our ranges for each role and job level are based on a variety of factors including candidate experience, expertise, and geographic location and may vary from the amounts listed above. The role is also eligible for a competitive benefits package that includes: medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, flexible spending & health savings account, paid holidays, paid time off, and other company benefits.

San Jose pay range$114,400—$142,500 USD
