Benefit Project Manager
Our client, a leader in the benefits management industry, is seeking a Benefits Project Manager to join their team. As a Benefits Project Manager, you will be part of the project management team supporting critical benefits initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and proven stakeholder management experience, which will align successfully in the organization. **Job Title:** Benefits Project Manager (Contractor) **Location:** Lake Bluff, IL **Pay Range:** $45-$53/hr on W2 **What's the Job?** + Support coordinating the project to transition to a new benefits administrator, ensuring seamless implementation and minimal disruption to employees. + Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets. + Oversee the development of testing plans, execute on the testing plans, adhere to project timelines, and provide input into strategic decisions. + Coordinate with internal teams, external vendors, and stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met. + Facilitate stakeholder meetings and manage stakeholder expectations. **What's Needed?** + Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field. + Minimum of 5 years of experience in benefits management, with a strong focus on healthcare benefits. + Proven experience in managing large-scale projects with multiple stakeholders. + Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. + PMP or similar project management certification is a plus. **What's in it for me?** + Opportunity to lead critical benefits projects and make a significant impact. + Work in a collaborative environment with experienced professionals. + Gain exposure to various aspects of benefits administration and project management. + Develop your skills in stakeholder management and compliance. + Be part of a diverse team committed to achieving excellence.
