Benefits Administrative Assistant Pay Rate: $20.00 – $22.70 / hourWork Type: Long-term-temporary positionLocation: Hybrid, Med Center, 70030Hours: M-F, 8-5 Enter step the role of the Benefits Administrative Assistant, where you will serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries regarding health, welfare, and retirement plans.  Responsibilities:Through phone and email, serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding health, welfare, and retirement plans.Provide information on benefit options, eligibility, and enrollment processes.Assist employees with mid-year changes of status (e.g., marriage, birth, divorce) and ensure timely processing of benefit changes.Triage inquiries when appropriate.Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to resolve benefit-related issues and ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.Assist with recognition and work life strategies as needed.  List Qualification or Requirements:A bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administrative, or related field is highly preferred.One (1) – Three (3) years of experience in benefits administration, or has knowledge of health and welfare plans, defined benefits and defined contribution retirement plans.Strong attention to detail, written and verbal communication, and interpersonal skills are required. Benefits and Perks:Hybrid position – mostly remote, but some in-person meetings are required.Weekly pay – including direct deposit!During your employment with The Reserves Network, you can enroll in our benefits program, including medical (3 plans to choose from), dental, disability, critical illness, life, vision, accident, and behavioral health insurance.
