Sodexo has an exciting opening for a Benefits Administrator to join our Corporate Benefits team in Cheektowaga, NY. This is a hybrid position and requires 3 days in the office.
What You'll Do
Key responsibilities include:
Administer benefits for union employees (plan set-up, enrollments/changes, terminations)Assist with union fund audit reviewsMonthly reporting and disbursements Research, analyze and resolve related benefit/reporting issuesLiaison to field human resources staff, unit managers, union negotiators, and third-party carriersOther duties as assigned What We OfferCompensation is fair and equitable, partially determined by a candidate's education level or years of relevant experience.
