Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Benefits Administrator in Phoenix, Arizona. The role involves processing customer applications, maintaining accurate customer records, and resolving customer inquiries. You will also be tasked with monitoring customer accounts and taking appropriate action.
Responsibilities
• Efficiently and accurately process customer credit applications
• Maintain customer credit records with exceptional attention to detail
• Advocate for customers to resolve product, delivery, and service issues effectively
• Verify customer purchase orders to ensure order accuracy and make necessary corrections
• Communicate promptly with customers about order delivery statuses via email or phone
• Provide Tier 1 support for service and software-related needs, escalating technical support cases as necessary
• Manage customer accounts by processing Return Merchandise Authorizations (RMA) for credit or replacement
• Contribute to the team’s overall success through assigned tasks and responsibilities
• Foster a collaborative and respectful workplace environment. Requirements • Applicant must possess at least 2 years of experience in a similar role as a Benefits Administrator.
• Strong skills in customer service are essential for this position.
• Should be familiar with benefits administration software and data management systems.
• Candidates should have a deep understanding of employee benefits programs and related laws.
• Must have the ability to interpret and explain complex benefits information to employees.
• The role requires excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Candidates should have a proven track record of maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are required.
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team is essential.
• Applicant must have strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make informed decisions.
• A bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred.
