About the Role:
Our client seeks a knowledgeable and approachable Benefits Administrator to manage a critical area of HR operations. This role ensures employees remain informed and supported in all benefits-related matters while maintaining HR compliance and facilitating seamless employee transitions.
You'll make an impact in this role through responsibilities such as:
+ Administer benefits programs, including enrollment, employee changes, COBRA, and 401(k) plans.
+ Support employee's benefits inquires.
+ Collaborate with vendors, employees, and leadership.
+ Manage and update data in HRIS (iSolved) for employee benefits, pay adjustments, terminations, and new hires.
+ Track and communicate with employees regarding all aspects of their benefits status, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
+ Assist in processing termination benefits, final pay calculations, and other elements of offboarding.
+ Generate custom reports and provide data analysis from HR systems as needed.

Requirements
Qualifications:
+ Previous experience managing benefits programs and open enrollment processes.
+ Proficiency in HRIS platforms like iSolved is strongly preferred.
+ Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills, particularly with data management.
+ Strong interpersonal skills to communicate benefits options effectively to employees.
Compensation expectations will be considered along with the experience and expertise you bring to the position.
