What we’re looking for:

Benefits administration:
- Act as a support and facilitator in defining and disseminating new processing rules and together with the operational leader ensures that they are implemented.
- Respond to escalations received on different topics such as technical issues, process related questions, requests from employees or their representatives, Commercial Service, etc.
- Liaise with various services and partners (courier, Traxall, Euromaster, etc.).
- Deal with requests concerning the fitting and removal of tires on the cars of eligible staff, ensuring compliance with internal procedures, safety rules and legislation in force.
- Send to the Euromaster fitting centers, the necessary visit cards for fitting the tires.
- Check the service invoices for Test Tires, associated with the system invoices of the active employees with access to this application in order to validate them.
- Complete the out of service employee liquidation sheet and forwards the information to the Payroll team.
- Handle files / complaints with a high degree of complexity and requests the help of the operational leader, if the situation requires it.
-Train new colleagues by creating and updating the training plan, preparing training materials, delivering training, providing feedback on progress in assimilating processes, requesting access to the systems used and offering assistance.
- Occasionally check the quality of files dealt with and where appropriate, holds working sessions with team members to improve the quality of service.
- Revise written expression following requests from colleagues (a second opinion or effectively forms from scratch for newcomers).
- Validate documents in the digital courier system.
- Process incoming vehicle transfers and checks received following vehicle delivery.
- Contribute to projects within the team as needed.
- If necessary, test the various applications under development and makes proposals for improvements.
- Actively participate, applies and encourages team members to use Lean methodology based on continuous process improvement.
Activity monitoring :
- Report to the operational leader, process specific issues in the perimeter.
- Report performance and quality indicators defined with the parties.
- Contribute to the presentation of quarterly results on the performance of the Bucharest team.
Confidentiality :
- Respect the confidentiality of employees' personal data and decisions of the parties involved.
Team working and organization :
- Propose solutions to improve and simplify administrative processes.
- Provide back-up and punctual support in team activities related to the responsibilities of the position.
- At the hierarchical superior's request, also performs other tasks, which are directly related to the main responsibilities detailed above.
