Benefits Analyst, Global Benefits

About The Role:

Provide day-to-day “Tier 2” global benefits support to 10x employees Manage enrollment queries from vendors and audit data to ensure accuracy of benefits enrollment Work closely with our payroll team to ensure efficient and employee friendly processes resulting in accurate benefits deductions from employee paychecks and that employee accounts get properly funded (e.g. 401K, HSA, & FSA). Partner with People Operations to enable effective service delivery and operational efficiency globally to support complex benefits and leave topics Support projects such as annual open enrollment in the US, renewal of benefits across global entities, leave programs, etc Partner with the Communications and Employee Experience functions to develop communication to employees, ability to convey complex information in a clear and simple format, inclusive of cultural preferences and differences globally Support administrative benefits topics like employee PTO balances and benefits enrollment information. Complete leave of absence calculations and participate in US leave vendor implementation. Administer leaves of absence outside of the US Support the setup of new countries (contracts, carriers, and benefits)

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of training/experience with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in US Benefits and Leave programs Demonstrated benefits administration experience including knowledge of health and welfare plans, leaves, time off practices, and retirement plans Experience with a HRIS (e.g. Workday) Experience in global benefits is preferred Foundational knowledge in Excel and spreadsheet proficiency Experience in managing escalated employee queries, invoice reconciliation and data audit to ensure that benefits enrollment is accurate Initiative to perform most tasks with little instructions on daily tasks and general instructions for newly introduced assignments. Ability to manage multiple tasks independently in a fast-paced environment Extremely detailed oriented with high standards for accuracy and ability to handle sensitive data with confidentiality Team player to work collaboratively across teams in APAC, EMEA and in the US Strong verbal and written communication skills to communicate to all employees accurately and professionally Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders

Below is the base pay range for this full time position.  The actual base pay will depend on several factors unique to each candidate, including one’s skills, qualifications, and experience.  At 10x, base pay is also just one component of the Company’s total compensation package.  This role is also eligible for 10x’s equity grants, its comprehensive health and retirement benefit programs, and its annual bonus program or sales incentive program.  Your 10x recruiter can share more about the Company’s total compensation package during the hiring process.

Pay Range$108,000—$146,000 USD
