ADP is hiring a Benefits Analyst.

 As a Benefits Analyst, you’ll work with the Total Rewards and Health & Wellness Center teams to manage vendor invoicing, communications development and support, and reporting.  Position will also have management and oversight of ADP’s Wellness Program and the Employee Assistance Program.

 What you’ll do:

What you can expect on a typical day:

Track and manage the timely payment of invoices for all insurance carriers and benefit vendors. Manage our Employee Assistance Program (EAP) and Wellness Program. Utilize data analytics to assess and drive continuous health improvement. Create innovative communications and provide educational resources to support healthy lifestyles. Collaborate with internal communications, benefit partners, and on-site Health & Wellness Center staff to promote awareness of and participation in wellbeing programs. Work with Health & Wellness Center staff on Elation EMR system setup and reporting, as well as coordinate with the HR Analytics team for reporting. Assist with preparing communications and working with site contacts to schedule their distribution. This includes e-mail, as well as TV monitors. Maintain internal portal pages and Sharepoint/ADP Works pages.

  

 TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE: Requirements

5+ years of relevant experience You’re experienced in benefit program management. You have strong computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite. You have excellent interpersonal skills and a proven ability to communicate clearly, concisely and creatively. You’re organized and can multi-task, set priorities, follow up quickly, manage multiple deadlines, oversee projects, influence without authority, and drive for desired results.
