The Benefits Analyst is a skilled and detail-oriented team player who plays a role in the support of the Benefits team and management and administration of associates’ benefits and wellbeing programs. This position specializes in communicating by responding to Benefits Helpdesk emails, processing invoices, reviewing excel spreadsheets, helping team in reviewing communications, pulling reports to check accuracy of deduction amounts per benefit vendors costs, and creating Standard Operating Procedures. This job requires exceptional attention to detail, organized, supports post-implementation of programs, and has proficiency Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel. Principal Duties and Responsibilities: • Associate Communication and Support: Serving as a point of contact for Associates regarding benefits inquiries. Providing guidance and “white glove” support to Associates on benefits and policy details. • Policy Development & Implementation: Assisting in the creation and updating of Standard Operating Procedures. Ensuring they are up-to-date with the latest practices, and effectively communicated to Associates. • Data Integrity: Ensure the accuracy and integrity of benefits data by meticulously reviewing and reconciling data from different sources, resolving discrepancies as needed. Analyzing leave data to identify trends, forecast leave costs, and assess the impact on staffing. • Compliance: Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and industry trends related to employee benefits to ensure the company's benefits programs remain compliant and competitive. • Documentation and Record-Keeping: Maintaining accurate and confidential records of requests, approvals, and ongoing cases. Ensuring all documentation complies with legal requirements. • Process Improvement: Continuously identify opportunities for process enhancements and automation within benefits administration, aiming to streamline workflows and improve efficiency. • Problem Resolution: Addressing and resolving complex leave cases and ensuring a fair and consistent application of policies. Working closely with benefits team, HR, and management to handle sensitive or exceptional cases. • Benefits Knowledge: Solid understanding of employee benefits programs, regulations, and industry best practices. • Analytical Thinking: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of translating data into actionable insights. • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain benefits concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences. • Team Collaboration: Able to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams, liaising with HR, Supervisors, Legal, and other departments.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $28.00
