Benefits Analyst
RGP
RGP is looking for a self-starter who collaborates well and demonstrates the RGP values. Under the leadership of the Senior Director, Global Benefits, the Benefits Analyst is responsible for providing support in the analysis, development, implementation, and ongoing administration of the organization's benefits and total rewards programs for both internal employees and the Consultant population.
+ ACA hours monitoring, communication, and updates. Upload benefit stability report and administrative dates monthly. Communication with offices and Consultants regarding benefit terminations.
+ Process benefit terminations in Workday and any reinstatements as a result of the Hours Monitoring process.
+ Manage returns from bench leaves.
+ Responsible for benefit vendor invoicing: running reports out of Workday, auditing against vendor invoices, and utilizing the Access database to reconcile/create final reporting prior to submission to Accounts Payable and Finance.
+ FSA and HSA errors review and resolution. Weekly reporting to Finance and biweekly funding. Handle HSA vetting communications to employees.
+ Conduct vendor audits.
+ Run the missing benefit service dates process monthly and submit an EIB to HRIS Director for upload into Workday.
+ In partnership with the Sr. Benefits Analyst, manage RGP’s gratitude and celebration platform (You Matter) updates and communications. Assist with management of budget, determine hours of service awards, and communicate to groups.
+ Partner with Benefits Specialist on monthly reporting to 1095 vendor. Troubleshoot reporting issues and explore opportunities to streamline reporting process through Workday.
+ Handle all wellness communications and participate in wellness strategy.
+ Assist with implementation of future benefit incentive programs.
+ Aid in the creation and updating of all benefits material including employee benefit onboarding and open enrollment communicatons. Assist with benefit summary updates as needed.
+ Provide employee benefit support by answering questions and researching coverage issues.
+ Assist with the creation of benefit presentations.
+ Additional projects as assigned by the Sr. Director, Global Benefits.
+ Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of equivalent experience.
+ Experience working with a global company with multiple locations.
+ Ability to plan and organize with minimal supervision while developing goals and objectives consistent with corporate values and strategies.
+ Proficient using word processing and spreadsheet applications (in particular, Microsoft Suite). Workday experience is a plus.
+ All Compensation is commensurate with employee qualifications, experience, and other factors, including geographic location, market, and operational factors.
+ Base Pay Range: $60,000 - $74,000
+ Other Compensation: Incentive Compensation
