This is where you and your skills come in. We’re currently looking for Benefits and Wellness Assistant.

The Benefits and Wellness Assistant performs staff support activities to develop, implement, and administer benefits policies and programs. This role administers and communicates the company's benefits program regarding plan options, policy features, enrollment, and other requirements.

Job Description:

Benefits and Wellness Administration. Assist in the administration of employee statutory benefits and other benefits programs, including health, dental, vision, life insurance, and disability. Assist with the administration, development, and execution of wellness initiatives. Assist in the development and distribution of benefits communications, including emails, newsletters, and presentations. Assist in presenting all benefit plan summaries for new hires and in open enrollment activities. Maintain accurate benefits records, ensuring compliance with company policies and government regulations.

Benefits Open Enrollment. Process benefits enrollments, changes, and terminations in HRIS and vendor systems.Assists with the open enrollment process

Employee Communication. Provide day-to-day employee benefits support, from eligibility, claims, and policy interpretation. Case management related to employee benefits claims; liaise with benefits vendors and carriers to resolve employee issues and ensure timely processing of claims. Experience in creating/generating awareness campaigns / communication materials

Desired Qualifications: 

At least a Bachelor’s Degree. Graduate of Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resource Management, and other related courses

Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience doing benefits administration.

Employee wellness program. Background in supporting wellness and employee engagement events

Detail Oriented. Keen to detail and has a strong sense of stewardship

Preferred:

MS Suite. Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)

Total Rewards Experience. Experience in managing overall rewards / recognition programs
