As Benefits Communications and Engagement Specialist, you create and deploy an engaging and informative communication strategy to boost employee participation in our robust US benefit plans and programs.  Your goal of employees and their families receiving optimum value from our benefits offerings substantially contributes to individual and company welfare.

You Will

Create and deliver internal communications to promote available benefits and wellness initiativesDevelop innovative and educational communication pathways for associates and their family membersEstablish enhanced and streamlined methods for access to benefits information, carriers/vendors and our Corporate Benefits TeamRigorously measure engagement, utilization and stakeholder satisfactionCollaborate across the company and with external business partners to continuously improve

You Have

Bachelor’s degree in  marketing, communications, public relations or related field    A proven history of increasing workforce engagement through creative internal communications strategy.Project management experienceFunctional knowledge of multiple computer programs, design and project management platforms (i.e., Microsoft Office, Canva, InDesign, ClickUp).Ability to travel nationally for benefits initiatives, approximately 25%
