Benefits Consultant
Adecco is seeking a talented **Benefits Consultant** to join our client’s team in Somerset, NJ. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of employee benefits programs and excellent customer service skills. This remote position offers competitive compensation ( **$50.00/hour** ) over a 3 month contract period. **Work Schedule:** Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM EST; Must be able to work EST hours **Top reasons to work with Adecco:** + Weekly Pay + Upskilling opportunities through the Adecco Aspire Academy + Dedicated onboarding specialist to guide you from offer to your first day. **Qualifications** + Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. + 5+ years of experience in employee benefits administration. + Strong knowledge of benefits laws and regulations (ERISA, FMLA, COBRA, HIPAA). + Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. + Strong verbal and written communication skills. + Proficiency in MS Office tools, especially Excel. + Experience with Workday HRIS preferred. + Ability to maintain employee confidentiality. **Responsibilities** + Provide exceptional customer service to employees and HR partners. + Assist with the implementation of new benefits programs. + Serve as a subject matter expert on benefits policies and procedures. + Support annual enrollment processes. + Prepare and distribute employee benefit communications. + Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of required reporting. + Coordinate benefit changes, claims, and terminations. + Assist with compliance testing. + Gather and analyze benefit data for reporting purposes. + Support annual audits of benefit plans. + Participate in special projects as needed. **Pay Details:** $50.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
