We are looking for a Full-time Benefits Coordinator to join our Corporate Benefits team.

Job Responsibilities

Processing enrollments, changes, terminations of benefits utilizing HRIS system; Review and resolve error reports from vendors Provide information to COBRA vendor for benefit terminations Track and monitor hours for ACA compliance Tracking and reconciliation of benefits payroll deductions; verify arrears information and communicate with coworkers for payment during leave of absence Participate in the annual open enrollment process Complete verification requests for HIPP, child support, etc.

Requirements

Prior experience with benefits administration in a multi-site company, preferred Prior experience processing medical enrollments and changes, preferred Knowledge of using employee self-service portals, preferred Self-starter, creative problem-solving skills and learning ability Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills with both internal and external customers, representatives, and government agencies Computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word, with the ability to learn additional systems used by our benefits division Ability to manage multiple tasks throughout the day, excellent time management skills Schedule: Monday- Friday, 8:30am- 5pm
