Benefits Coordinator
Description Position at SBM Management

The Benefits Coordinator will provide excellent customer service to all employees on related benefit inquiries. Position assists Benefits Team with administrative and essential team functions. 

Responsibilities            Responds timely to all incoming calls into the Benefits 800 line assisting callers in both English and Spanish. Promptly responds to all incoming Benefits emails accurately assisting callers inEnglish and Spanish Performs all tasks in a timely and accurate manner. Ensures all data is entered by appropriate deadlines and contain appropriate approvals.  Phone and email tracking including track returned mail Performs regular review of the UKG processing queue to ensure timely processing. Coordinates with HR/Shared Services with specific activities such as Verification of Employment (VOE) Audit LOA reports and mail LOA notices Assists with scheduling & conducting meetings and trainings  Performs administrative functions for the Benefits Team as needed; communication and mailings. Maintains confidentiality and discretion in use of information related to employees, managers, and departmental operations without exception.  Assists with and takes lead on projects, as needed Qualifications            Bilingual – effectively speaking and writing in both English and Spanish
Associate's degree in business management, or a related field from a two-year college or university; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Compensation: $26.00 - $27.00 per hour            SBM Management Services, LP and its affiliates are proud to be equal opportunity workplaces.
