Benefits Coordinator Position Join our team as a Benefits Coordinator, where you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the administration of our Health and Welfare Benefits, 401k, and ESPP Programs. You will be the cornerstone for vendor interactions, ensuring seamless program operations with a commitment to confidentiality and compliance with SOX standards. Responsibilities: + Facilitate monthly benefits and 401k enrollment for new and returning employees, semi-annual ESPP participation, and oversee the annual benefits selection process. + Manage the Tuition Reimbursement Program, oversee benefits during employee leaves, and handle monthly benefit billing. + Promptly address and resolve benefits inquiries and challenges. + Conduct regular audits of benefits enrollment and terminations, and ensure accurate payroll deductions. + Engage with employees through monthly updates, direct communication, and bi-monthly informational sessions. + Contribute to New Hire Orientation by presenting our comprehensive benefits offerings. Requirements: + Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Health Care Administration, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. + Minimum two years of experience in Human Resources required. + Professional HR certifications (e.g., PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP) are highly regarded. + A solid understanding of HR, benefits, and leave policies and regulations (FMLA, ADA, HIPAA, ERISA, etc.) preferred. + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and cloud-based HRMS application is preferred. + Familiarity with Canva is a plus. + Exceptional communication, planning, analytical, and organizational abilities. + The capacity to deliver engaging presentations to diverse employee groups with poise and creativity. + Robust relationship management and problem-solving aptitudes. + The ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, exercise sound judgment, and introduce process enhancements. + A collaborative spirit, meticulous attention to detail, and the agility to adapt to new situations. + Physical capability to lift and carry items weighing up to 20 pounds.
