Your Key Responsibilities Administer and communicate various benefits and programs, apply relevant regulations, policies and procedures to business issues and day-to-day responsibilities Proactively identify vendor programs that improve value and/or contain cost Administer timely and accurate billing in addition to monitoring and troubleshooting interface error reports to and from benefit vendors Participate in or lead benefit-related projects independently and in conjunction with other team members Provides guidance to employees and HR on all benefit related questions Manage supplier life cycle including contracting, assessments, reporting and performance monitoring Assist in consolidating, monitoring, and projecting the benefits budget as needed Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities and reading professional publications to stay on top of applicable legislation and maintain benefit and program compliance Your Qualifications
Required:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in benefits administration Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Excel Strong interpersonal/communications skills with the ability to interact with internal and external stakeholders at all levels Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment, managing a variety of tasks simultaneously with efficiency, a large and diversified workload, and challenging situations Must be detail-oriented and possess strong time management skills Solid investigative and analytical skills sufficient to resolve problems and employee concerns External applicants must be authorized to work in the US without employment visa or other sponsorship
Preferred:
Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g. Human Resources, Business, Finance, etc.) HRIS system experience, including understanding of leave administration configuration and report writing.
