ABOUT THE ROLE
The Benefits Coordinator provides operational support related to the administration of the North America benefit plans. This position's primary responsibilities include the completion, processing, and maintenance of documents relevant to the administration of benefit plans, manual updates to benefits eligibility, research and documentation of administrative appeals, review of benefits communications and materials, and contributing to the overall efficiency of team operations.
This position reports into our Corporate Headquarters in St. Louis, MO, with a hybrid schedule available.

ResponsibilitiesWe are hiring now for immediate openings. Responsibilities include:
Provide operational support related to the administration of NA benefit plans Identify and implement ongoing improvements and efficiencies to administrative processes, eligibility files and error reports, the Total Rewards portal, Benefit Central, and the Hub Provide inquiry support related to the company’s employee benefit programs and cases from Benefits Central Research and document administrative appeals Liaise with Group HR and Benefits Central as required Monitor daily Corporate Employee Benefits mailbox; respond to messages or forward to applicable team member Provide back-up support to other team members in the performance of job duties assigned, including assisting with high volume data entry and large projects Complete and submit required forms and filings with state and federal agencies Maintain confidentiality of employee and benefits data including safeguarding Protected Heath Information (PHI) Prepare monthly reports summarizing projects, accomplishments, and other relevant information Communicate situations affecting the administration of the plans to leadership Review and suggest edits to benefit communications and materials for accuracy and clarity
