The HR Support & Benefits Coordinator will perform a variety of confidential, administrative, and clerical tasks to support the overall operations of the Human Resources Department. This role involves benefit coordination, including all processes related to employee benefits enrollment, maintaining and tracking COBRA events, invoicing, payments, and reconciliations. The coordinator will also administer and track Workers Compensation, OSHA 300 reporting, and other compliance reports as required. Additionally, the coordinator will maintain departmental records and files, assist with benefits administration, and communicate with employees to answer benefits-related questions.
Responsibilities
+ Coordinate employee benefits enrollment processes.
+ Maintain and track COBRA events, invoicing, payments, and reconciliations.
+ Administer and track Workers Compensation, OSHA 300 reporting, and other compliance reports.
+ Maintain departmental records and files.
+ Assist with benefits administration.
+ Communicate with employees to answer benefits-related questions.
Essential Skills
+ Associate's degree in business administration, human resources, or a related field.
+ Two or more years of benefits administration experience.
+ Two or more years of administrative support experience.
+ Intermediate Excel skills.
+ Understanding and knowledge of benefits terminology.
+ Experience using Paycom (HRIS).

+ Insurance Benefits background .
Work Environment
The work schedule is Monday through Friday, 7am-5pm. Employees must work within core business hours and have the flexibility to prove their ability to perform the job, which could potentially lead to a permanent position. The organization is a non-profit, Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) specializing in serving clients who are on Medicaid.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $27.00/hr.
