Job Responsibilities: What you will do
Provide oversight to Benefits department. Develop long-term benefit plans that support KNX’s financial and well-being goals. Provide strategic insight to the company's benefit programs. Conduct comparative analysis for company acquisitions.Design and implement benefit and well-being programs, policies and administrative procedures that are competitive, cost effective and legally compliant. Identify cost-saving opportunities and optimize plan design.Direct benefit audits to ensure plan compliance and credibility with applicable local, state, and federal regulations.Implement, track and administer employee stock purchase plans.Assess benefit plans of potential acquisitions for risk and/or fit with KNX organization.Evaluate the competitiveness of existing benefit programs to ensure they are price competitive, of appropriate design and accurately administered.Develop service level agreements and manage relationships with benefit consultants, benefit program vendors and/or third-party solution providers ensuring adherence to defined service levels.Oversee administration of health and welfare, retirement and well-being benefits and programs.Collaborate with key stakeholders in Legal, Finance and Human Resources to ensure benefit programs and processes are compliant, cost effective and operationally efficient.Review benefit plan performance metrics to evaluate effectiveness and identify areas of improvement.Lead the team in focusing on key performance metrics relative to specific business objectives and continuous benefit program improvement.Participate in the KNX retirement plan committee.Define and deliver highly effective benefit program communication, including benefits open enrollment, program launches, intranet content and distributions of required notices.Copy and paste URL into browser to view full description: https://knxtrans.jdxpert.com/ShowJob.aspx?EntityID=2&id=7773Qualifications: What you need to bring7+ years progressively responsible experience with benefits administration required.Previous leadership experience required.Previous experience working with 3rd party vendors required.Bachelor’s in business or related field, or equivalent combination of education and/or experience required.Must have in-depth knowledge of benefits plans and applicable laws and regulations.Must be excellent communicator capable of tailoring messages to audiences of all levels.Must be able to cultivate culture of trust and openness.Must be knowledgeable of state and federal laws pertaining to benefits.Must have excellent analytical skills and able to provide solutions that align with the organization's strategic goals.Must be able to facilitate meetings and speak in public.
Pay Range: $120,000 - $ 150,000 Annual
