We are seeking a talented individual to join our Benefits Insurance Consultant team at Marsh. This role will be based in Mexico and is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
As a Benefits Insurance Consultant, you will manage a portfolio of clients across various insurance policies, including health, life, and dental plans. You will be responsible for client consultations, renewal processes, claims follow-up, and sales targets, while also providing bilingual support for global accounts.
We will count on you to:
Manage and administer a portfolio of clients, ensuring effective communication and service delivery.Oversee various insurance policies, including GMM, life, and dental plans, while facilitating renewals and claims processes.Supervise collections and sales targets, implementing cross-selling strategies to enhance the client portfolio.Provide 24/7 client support for special cases, ensuring timely and effective resolutions.What you need to have:
A bachelor's degree in a relevant administrative field, such as economics or business administration.A minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service and as a senior consultant in GMM.Advanced proficiency in Excel and a strong understanding of benefits insurance products.Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.What makes you stand out:
