**What You Will Do** **:**
+ Manage and reply to leave requests, including FMLA, ADA accommodations, short-term and long-term disability, parental leave, and other company-specific leave programs.
+ Serve as the Tier 1 support/contact for employees regarding leave-related inquiries
+ Provide clear and concise information to employees navigating the leave process.
+ Complete weekly timekeeping reports for employees on leave.
+ Accurately track leave usage via our leave management system and coordinate absences with leave vendor and Leave Case Managers.
+ Other responsibilities as assigned.
**What You Will Need** **:**
+ Bachelor’s Degree; Four (4) years additional professional experience may be substituted in lieu of degree.
+ Two (2) plus years of professional experience
+ Minimum of 1 year in benefits administration with leave administration.
+ Experience with HRIS, payroll and leave management systems (e.g., Workday, ADP, or similar).

+ Knowledge of leave administration terminology and compliance requirements.
+ Attention to detail and accuracy in managing sensitive information.
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills; effectively respond to employee inquiries with empathy and discretion.
+ A collaborative team player with a proactive approach to work.
+ Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
+ Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
The annual salary range for this position is $53,000.00-$88,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
