Benefits Manager

The Benefits Manager is responsible for developing, analyzing, administering and communicating competitive total rewards strategies, including benefits, retirement, wellness, HRIS systems and other work experience programs that are cost effective, consistent with labor market trends and align with AnMed’s strategic plan initiatives. Benefits programs include Health and Welfare insurance, the Wellness Program, Retirement, LTD, STD, FMLA administration and any other appropriate programs across the teammate population at AnMed. 

 

EDUCATION/QUALIFICATIONS: 

Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field required. Master’s Degree preferred.   A minimum of five (5) years professional experience required in Human Resources, with specific benefit and retirement programs required.   Working knowledge of HR management principles and practices in all HR programs required.  Certification preferred.
