Sodexo has an exciting Benefits Manager position available with our Corporate Human Resources group in Cheektowaga, New York. This is a hybrid position and requires 3 days in office.
This position is responsible for overseeing the implementation and administration of custom/union benefit plans for employees across North America, union dues disbursements, the direct pay function and the unemployment claims process. This requires close interaction with our third-party insurance carriers and working to ensure compliance with ERISA, and other applicable laws. The incumbent will report to our Director of Benefits and will manage 3 direct reports.
Key responsibilities include:
Manage and oversight of three direct reportsOversee union dues disbursementsOversee the unemployment claim processResponsible for managing union fund auditsManage the direct payment process for employees on leave of absenceIs this the right opportunity for you?
