Benefits Manager

The Role

What You’ll Do

Partner with Global Health & Welfare brokers and vendors to design and administer exceptional employee benefits programs .

Partner with retirement plan vendors to develop communications campaigns to drive participation and planning for life events.

Consult with business leaders on strategies to drive the attraction, development, motivation, and retention of key talent.

Work with vendors and our internal accounting team to ensure files are processed and reconciled timely.

Ensure compliance through policy enforcement (e.g., GDPR), processing non-discrimination testing, ACA filings, audit reports and 5500 reporting and filing.

Drive member education to enhance the employee value proposition.

Special projects as assigned.

What You’ll Bring

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional work experience.

Critical and analytical thinking skills plus the intellectual curiosity to question/test assumptions.

Detailed, results-oriented, and flexible with the ability to manage multiple initiatives in a demanding, fast-paced, agile environment.

Strong math, communication, and organizational skills - must have excellent communication skills (written and verbal).

High proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and relational databases.

Self-awareness and a passion for learning/growing

At least 3+ years of experience in benefits
