Our client, an enviornmental non-profit, is seeking a temporary Benefits & Payroll Specialist with three or more years of strong related experience, especially payroll! Apply now to take the next step with this dynamic organization!
About the Job:
* Handle full-cycle payroll and maintain/update payroll records across multiple state lines and time zones.
* Ensure payroll/benefits comply with laws, submit required reports, and conduct audits.
* Manage annual open enrollment and resolve any issues.
* Develop and conduct benefits education programs.
* Collaborate and contribute to the department's goals through additional tasks as requested.
About You:
* 5+ years of strong human resources experience with a focus on benefits and payroll.
* A bachelor's degree is required.
* Paycom experience is an absolute must-have!
* A FPC or CPP is highly preferred.
* MS Office and Google Suite proficiencies are required.
* Demonstrated confidentiality with strong interpersonal and time management skills.
About the Position:
* $28/hr-39/hr, depending on experience.
* Temporary for 5 months with the potential to extend.
* Starting ASAP!
* Hybrid with 3 days/week on-site in Washington, DC.
