Hobby Lobby Stores, Inc., a privately-held company based in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, is looking for a qualified individual to fill a Benefits Representative position in our corporate Benefits Department.  The 
position incorporates an overall knowledge of the Benefits department. This is a full-time,
hourly position and reports to the Benefits Manager.

Responsibilities include:Processing Health, Life, LTD, and Flexible Spending benefits elections and changesProcessing Change in Status and Special Enrollment Events for benefitsAssisting with Online Enrollment System design and auditsGenerating and processing weekly Flexible Spending Reports and Flexible Spending AuditAssisting and responding to Life Insurance and LTD claim inquiriesProcessing and responding to Qualified Medical Child Support OrdersConducting weekly, monthly and quarterly audits for the Health PlanProblem solving with employees and Third Party AdministratorsUnderstanding and Interpreting plan documentsDistributing new hire packetsPerforming other tasks as assigned2 – 3 years of verifiable benefits experience preferredKnowledge of 401(k), ERISA, HIPAA, and Health Care Reform regulationsProficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and OutlookExperience with HRIS benefits systems (SAP preferred)High level of attention to detailAbility to effectively communicate, verbal and written, with employees, vendors and co-workersStrong organizational skillsAbility to work independently as well as within a team structureSaturday work may be required at timesNOTE:  To be considered for this position, an applicant must provide a cover letter summarizing the applicant’s particular interest in the position, relevant experience, and wage requirements, along with a current résumé.
