Position: Benefits & Rewards Specialist
Reporting: Head of Rewards & Operations
Location: Dhaka, Bangladesh
Position Purpose:
The position is responsible to provide necessary support for managing and implementing competitive compensation and benefits programs in alignment with market data and company strategy, to attract and retain talents.
What Will You Do:
Compensation Management: Conduct market benchmarking and prepare data for compensation surveys. Create and review competitive compensation packages for new joiners. Assist in salary reviews following role changes or promotions and support variable pay management including corporate PSIP and LBS payouts. Provide data support for annual payline reviews. Conduct annual salary review data quality checks and support business partners in closing ASR exercises. Employee Health and Well-Being: Manage Life and Health Insurance coverage for employees for entity 1420. Oversee insurance premium payouts and claims processes. Administer Annual Health Checkup programs and coordinate with service providers. Provide data analytics support and conduct employee awareness sessions. Employee Reward and Recognition Programs: Design and develop rewards and recognition programs. Coordinate approvals and execution with relevant stakeholders. Total Rewards Management: Develop and review benefit guidelines and SOPs. Communicate compensation and benefits changes to employees. Engage employees through various communication channels and manage compensation and benefits sessions. Equip Business Partners with information to respond to employee queries. Ensure system readiness and data accuracy for employee Total Rewards packages. Database Management: Maintain an accurate employee database including ASR percentages, salary increments, promotions, payouts, and insurance information. Track recipients of rewards and recognition programs. Other Responsibilities: Support projects and activities as required by Line Manager and Functional Lead.
We Expect from You:
Bachelor's degree from a reputed university, preferably with a major in Finance. Minimum of 1 year experience in the FMCG sector; fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply. Proficiency in both verbal and written communication in Bengali and English. Strong skills in data analysis, effective communication, analytical thinking, problem-solving, project management, proficiency in data analysis tools, presentation, and adaptability. Preferred: Experience in compensation management and knowledge of labor law.
