This position reports into our Corporate Headquarters in St. Louis, MO, with a hybrid schedule available (4 days in-office).

ResponsibilitiesWe are hiring now for immediate openings. Responsibilities include:
Establish and maintain strong partnerships with key internal and external partners and benefit vendorsAnalyze key metrics and trends to develop strategies to optimize plan performance and utilizationCollaborate with team members to promote benefit plans and online resources to a diverse workforceServe as the subject matter expert and primary contact for assigned benefit plans and advise HR partners on administrative and policy questionsFacilitate and review requests for proposals (RFPs); review and negotiate contracts and renewals with benefit vendors and monitor vendor performance to ensure contractual obligations are metAssist with the development, review and maintenance of content on the Company’s benefits and enrollment website(s)Create and deploy internal and external communications in different mediumsAssist in the development and annual review of benefit materials including summary plan descriptions, enrollment guides, new hire communications and process documents

QualificationsMinimum:
Must have a Bachelor’s DegreeMust have 3 years’ of experience managing Health and Welfare benefits for corporations with 1,000+ employeesMust be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the futurePreferred:
Experience writing and/or publishing employee benefit plan related communications/materialsCertified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS) Designation
