Benefits Specialist
Description We are offering a contract for a Benefits Specialist role in the wholesale distribution industry, located in Santa Fe Springs, California. As a Benefits Specialist, your responsibilities will include addressing customer inquiries, meticulously maintaining customer records, and processing customer applications. You will also be responsible for monitoring customer accounts and taking appropriate action when necessary. Responsibilities: • Manage high-volume email correspondence, with a focus on prioritizing urgent matters and effectively managing executive inboxes. • Coordinate domestic and international travel itineraries, accommodations, and logistics for the executive team. • Assist with maintaining an organized office environment and support a variety of administrative tasks as needed. • Handle calendar coordination for multiple executives, including scheduling meetings, conference calls, and travel arrangements. • Prepare and draft important documents, presentations, and reports for the leadership team. • Organize and prepare for meetings, including setting agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items. • Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and professionalism. Requirements • Must possess proficiency in ADP - Financial Services to manage employee benefits effectively. • Familiarity with Cisco Webex Meetings for conducting virtual meetings and webinars. • Proficiency in using Concur for managing travel and expenses. • Prior experience with CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software for managing customer data and interactions. • Knowledge of Kronos Timekeeping System for efficient tracking of employee hours. • Experience with About Time software for effective project management. • Excellent calendar management skills to organize and schedule appointments. • Strong communication skills to effectively convey information regarding employee benefits. • Ability to conduct and manage conference calls for discussing benefit plans and changes. • Excellent correspondence skills for maintaining effective communication with employees and benefit providers. • Experience in organizing executive meetings for discussing and implementing benefit policies.
