Description We are in search of a Benefits Specialist to join our team based in Miramar, Florida. In this role, you will be mainly focusing on benefit functions, billing, accounting functions, and handling accounts payable. This is a long term contract employment opportunity where you will play a crucial role in maintaining and processing customer applications and records. Responsibilities • Accurately process customer applications related to benefits • Maintain and update customer credit records in a timely and efficient manner • Resolve customer inquiries related to benefit functions and billing • Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate actions when necessary • Use Microsoft Excel to prepare datasets, create pivot tables, and perform VLOOKUP functions • Validate plans and templates related to benefit functions • Handle accounts payable and other accounting functions • Utilize video tools for onsite network address translation • Ensure all benefit functions are performed according to validation plans • Maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail. Requirements • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with a special focus on functions such as Pivot Table and VLOOKUP. • Solid understanding of Accounts Payable (AP) processes. • Familiarity with various benefit functions, including plan validation. • Experience in billing procedures and practices. • Ability to create and manage video content for training or informational purposes. • Willingness to work onsite as required. • Skill in creating and using templates for various business needs. • Experience in preparing and manipulating datasets. • Knowledge of Network Address Translation. • Understanding and application of basic and advanced accounting functions. • Showing initiative and going beyond what is expected is considered a plus.
