JOB SUMMARY

 

Oversees all aspects of Bereavement Department Events including program development, camps, school programs, remembrance events, and groups.Oversees administrative operations of the Department, including departmental mailings and calls.Interfaces directly with bereaved clients via telephone and through external and internal referrals.Oversees support and training of administrative staff and volunteers in departmental activities.Provides administrative support to the Bereavement Manager.

 

Qualifications

 

Education/Regulatory Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, communications or related field required.Skills:A minimum of 2 years of previous related experience. Supervisory experience preferred.Specific experience in coordinating events and programs, and office administration.Competence with the technical components necessary to complete the job.Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
