Essential Responsibilities:
Assist the Performance Management Supervisor in efficiently gathering, analyzing, and calculating data from diverse sources to develop and implement new metrics in reporting systemsEnsure the BES Metrics Reporting dashboards maintain a high level of accuracy and quality, verifying that all relevant metrics are reported and interfaces with current systems are functioning correctlyEfficiently track and report on metrics while maintaining the existing reporting systems for the BES Performance Management Process, ensuring timely deliverySupport the development and execution of improvement plans aimed at enhancing business performanceCollaborate closely with project teams and provide support on special projects as neededSupport functional managers with identifying gaps in reporting visibility and create metrics-based solutions to address these issuesAdvise on technical challenges, new reporting structures, and best practices for reportingProblem-solve technical challenges across a variety of databases and reporting methodsAnalyze both new and existing data sources to uncover new metrics, working with functional managers to ensure they are actionableQualifications:
1-2 years’ experience in data analytics for business technologies preferredRecent graduates with completion of relevant post-secondary education will be consideredExperience Employee Services/HR, Accounts Payable, Time and Pay, Accounts Receivable processes preferredHRIS process and data reporting/analysis experienceJD Edwards experience would be an assetIntermediate proficiency in MS Power BI; Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power Point, Word and Outlook.Ability to quickly learn and apply software and process knowledge; understand business acumen.Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracyAbility to work independently and in a team environment, able to meet deadlinesExcellent interpersonal, organizational, verbal, and written communication skillsWork Conditions:
This is a hybrid role, working from home and attending the office minimum once per week or as business needs requireCompensation
$50,400-$69,300 Annual
This is the expected base pay range for this role. Individual base pay will be determined based on a variety of factors including experience, knowledge, skills, education and location.
